Builds a static index page for a blog out of its own RSS feed.

A small script that reads an RSS feed and writes an index page from it — the generic version of the generate-blog.py that ran on this site's own weblog.
It was written as the worked example for a magazine article: Python tutorial (Part II) — Blogging with Python, in the Greek edition of Linux Format, May–June 2008. That is the honest description of it — teaching material, not a tool anyone should adopt.
