A dataset rather than a program. Every jar in this set — 22,730 of them, taken from Maven Central, the de facto library repository for Java — was statically analysed with three metrics tools, and the dataset is what each tool reported for each jar: object-oriented design, program size, and package design.
The point of publishing it is that the analysis is the expensive part. Someone asking a question about the shape of the Java ecosystem can start from these numbers instead of spending the compute again — measuring how widely a language feature is used, say.
